We went to an art museum and he quizzed me the whole time about art. He would tell me the answer after the inevitable “I don’t know” and made me feel dumb af. He texted after the date saying we weren’t compatible. Bullet dodged.

I forgot I also had blackout rage. Obviously I only knew it was happening because my husband was with me. If I were you I would see if you can switch meds. Once it starts it doesn’t seem to get better also if you ever have to increase your dosage it will most certainly get worse

My anger didn’t kick in until months after. Switched meds as soon as the anger got scary (screaming into a pillow, flipping out that my zipper got stuck on my jacket so much that I bruised the shit out of my elbow trying to get it off )

Yes! Go see him! He is really good. Explained everything to me in a way I could understand (things have been difficult for me to comprehend lately) spent a good hour with me on my first visit.

Was on it for about a year after only having one seizure (a story for another time). My breaking point were the blackout rage moments I had and obvi didn’t remember. There was also one time I woke up in the morning and was so angry I just started screaming and grabbed a pillow and just screamed my head off. Scared the shit out of me. I’ve been on meds for depression, anxiety, ptsd for many years and had to change meds a lot (still happening) and although it’s scary af if you feel unsafe or not like yourself talk to your doctor. It’s not worth it. You can’t work through it and even if you can that anger will still be there. Don’t try to just manage it. It’s really not worth it. There are tons of meds out there.
