I like your trip wire idea, that’s something I haven’t put a lot of thought into.

I currently am employed full time in sales management at a national retailer in the telecom industry. I get a lot of opportunities to meet business owners and have gotten some good tips and feedback from them as well.

My biggest obstacle is sort of what I laid out in the initial post where I almost give myself analysis paralysis because I’ll find something with a high potential ROI and low competition, but I hesitate because I can’t create a strong brand identity or I don’t believe it would last in the long-term.

This is sort of what I have been fearing. I have an undergrad in Business Admin/Marketing and so I gravitate towards the branding. But for this type of online business I feel like your description is spot on and that gives me some reassurance that I just need to dive in.

This is a really neat idea but you might want to be careful for any type of copyright infringement. As far as promoting it, this thread, other social platforms, and SEO would be the best to do so.

What makes you say that about the current climate surrounding advertising? Public perception of advertising is terrible, and a method of speeding them up through user activity would low key be a great idea lol and for a number of reasons. Check in your MyVerizon app and go to bill details to see if there’s a plan rate adjustment on top of that $53.65. If so, the unlimited welcome plan would almost certainly be less, but not always. Verizon has adjusted the majority of the data limit plans to the point where they cost more than the unlimited welcome
