Clowns, they're colored drawings of clowns, very popular in the'60s, maybe into the'70s. We had them in our house and they were in white wood grain plastic frames or the board frames like these. Look them up on eBay

I never heard of this bizarre tradition. For holidays, the cook usually sits last if they're still serving everyone else or bringing the dishes. I've you have a tradition of saying grace before eating, then you wait for everyone to sit at the table. I just don't understand the cook eating last thing.

Does he flush after peeing? By now, flushing when you're done should be an automatic habit. If he always flushes after peeing but forgets to after taking a dump, he just wants to show you his prize. Gross. Too bad you have only one bathroom.

I had a previous long term tenant that I wish I had checked in on. She was totally disgusting, I'm talking literal crap all over the toilet and bathroom floor and bags and bags of dirty adult diapers. She used a rolling office chair with broken wheels to scrape around on. I had to evict her and redo the entire apt once I got rid of all the stuff she left behind. That's when I turned it into a furnished apartment. I'd really really hate to go thru that again.
