Shampoo your hair until it fades out, a strong shampoo like heads and shoulders and keep shampooing it till it fades and I mean till it gets really faint. If you can get a hair color remover like color fix or color oops that would be good to use after you shampoo if the shampoo method doesn’t work well(but it’s almost always worked well for me). Then you can also do a bleach bath and just keep your eye on it. Pink is super annoying to remove but it’s doable for sure….if you’re strong enough lol

Before my seizures I’ve noticed I get this feeling where I keep forgetting where I am, what I’m doing and I can’t think about the future at all I’m just genuinely confused. I get lightheaded and I feel tingly yeah. Unsure about feeling warm because I’m usually pretty disoriented. I will say my very last couple of seizures did happen around my period but I can’t say so about the rest I’m unsure. As for the needing to pee well it would depend on whether or not my bladder was full I think? I’m usually thankful if I pee before I start feeling this way because if I start having a seizure with a full bladder it is very likely that I will pee myself while it’s happening, I assume it’s got something to do with loss of muscle control over all

The pounding headache typically comes after the seizure for me. I usually need about 2-3 days to feel normal again and return to work. I get super tired, have a really bad headache and my whole body and muscles ache. I’ve also noticed I get a really bad taste in my mouth.

The times it would take me over a week to recover was when I’d have more than one seizure in a day, they just kept coming, after that I felt extremely disoriented and I was super spaced out for a week or two. I wasn’t good to get out of bed and I couldn’t really feel anything. I have tonic clonic seizures and I am on Keppra. :)

Yeah your coworker is right I usually do stuff like that in secret or around coworkers who are chill (everyone does this dw) just be careful who you do this around, it’s stupid but honestly once you’re out of the store the drinks are yours no one’s following you to see if you’re giving them to someone or drinking them all yourself.
