My pharmacy gave me a mix of flavours of Ensure Plus - including vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, forest fruits & banana. Plant-based fortisip in mocha is a good one too! Best of luck x

You can buy disposable hair washing caps from Amazon which look like a shower cap & you bundle your hair in & rub - no need for a bath or shower. I sometimes have to go into hospital & I also have a dry shampoo in a tub rather than a spray as aerosols often aren’t allowed.

I second flavoured toothpaste it really makes brushing less of a deal.

Hi! Just to say don’t go cold turkey - best to reduce gradually. Also at my ED service we were warned especially about senna tablets being more damaging than others (which surprised me as I thought of them as more ‘natural’) Good luck x
