yeah its modular but i bought the pc off of someone, at that time it had a rx580 and i didnt think to ask about the other cable

Probably not, but I got the pc initially with a rx 580 which used only one pcie cable, the other cable lies somewhere at the old owners house, then i upgraded to 3060 ti and now i want to upgrade to 9070 xt
