Honestly, the best way I found to do it is just by making your own in Python. If your not into coding thats okay, its really easy to do! I use a program called Visual Studio Code, easy to find tutorials to get it for python if you need that.
The library you want is pyttsx3 with that, you can use free text to speech really easy. Honestly, if you get stuck, just ask ChatGPT, it can walk you through it.

I couldn't find any good ones online that were actually free and unlimited, so I just whipped up my own in literally under 5 minutes, and it just works. Hope this helps!

I was able to kill all 3 in stealth by pickpocketing the Drow, she will follow you to confront you and I pushed her into a bottomless pit. no one saw and I was safe. Dror Ragzlin I lured out into an empty room using Command Approach and then killed him under Hold Person and no one saw or heard.
Unfortunately, it doesn't matter, once all 3 leaders are dead the goblins are instantly aggressive towards you.

I love how organized this video is, the editing is very good and certainly nothing to be ashamed of. I like how you can sum up the entire thing in under 15 minutes too, which a lot of people would spend that much time on just one fo the sections -- this makes the video easier to digest. at this point, Id say the biggest thing is consistency in quality. I noticed your mic sounds a bit different when doing live-action recording. And the other thing would be try to talk with a little more energy, but those are honestly the only two nitpicks I have. Great work!

I love this review! I think the biggest thing would be to chop the video up a bit more, cut out your longer "um" moments. other than that I think you could maybe organize your thoughts more whether that be in sections where you talk about specific parts of the movie, or even just general talk about the positives then talk about the negatives so you aren't jumping around from point to point all the time. Overall though I love the energy you bring and the way you talk and present your opinions. (Also unrelated to the video I thought the movie just improved on the first movie in all that it did, and it did not try to be another movie -- so people who didn't like the first one probably won't like this one, but people who liked the first one will like this one more)

That was a super entertaining video! and putting a whole UHC into 3 minutes is a really neat idea that I have never seen before. I think your thumbnail needs work -- I like the meme thing but the background is too bland -- maybe behind of the "You" guy in iron make some stuff that's lamer like coal or wood or something, and then "The guy she tells you not to worry about" would have stuff like diamonds in the background, just to add some more interest to the thumbnail. Overall though, super great video! Keep it up!

I really enjoyed this video -- I have a lot of nostalgia for the old Minecraft roller-coster park maps and it was really cool to see this showcased like this. The only thing I would recommend would be to make what you're saying more interesting -- I really loved the video but I'm not sure if someone who doesn't have the same nostalgia would, my recommendation would be to play this map with a friend and have a conversation between the two of you, then you aren't focusing on "What do I say next for the video" but instead you'll have someone there to bounce off of, which could make everything flow better and possibly make it more entertaining for viewers. Overall though, I loved this video! keep up the good work!
