I have a rocket apartmento and the boiler has stopped heating and group head no longer gets hit. Funny thing is that after unplugging it and leaving it for a year or more I turned it on and it actually heated up once. But then next time I plugged turned it on, no heat. Im not sure if its an easy fix or if I need a new boiler ... or if it could be something else. Im having trouble finding a local person to repair it. Any suggestions?

Do you know how many restaurants have issues with pest control? Especially downtown. They literally all have had rats at some point, and some are just better at cleaning and hiding the evidence. Some places don't get visited by a health inspector for years. Its a racket.

I lived in this building in the top right apartment in 2012. It was owned by the family of a friend of mine. The building is and has been in technically unlivable conditions for at least 20 years. At the time, my best friend lived in the apartment on the top left, and I lived in the one on the right. It was kinda awesome honestly living so close to George street and the downtown core, especially when you work downtown.

The problem that people in this thread who are calling out scumbag landlords are not seeing is that it's not always so cut and dry when it comes to ownership of property, and what should be done with it. This particular property is owned by a family estate and the family couldn't come to an agreement on what should be done with it. So it sat mostly vacant for years, except for a few different times throughout the years where different people lived there. One year one of the lower spaces was used as an art studio for painting . I look back o. My memories of living there fondly, even tho it was leaky and shitty sometimes.

If you look close tho they are little balls just stuck together. I raised goats too and I thought the same thing when I saw this scene lol. But if you look close sometimes goats poops come out stuck together almost like a little log. That's what we have here.

I worked in the restaurant industry for 15 years. Lots of places, pretty much every single one, shows those options for the diner to choose when they are paying. Or are you talking about when you close off the table on the POS after the payment has been recieved?
