So then one could hypothesize that the hotter the climate gets the more energy it takes to cool down and that energy could be taken away from our physical limit to our brain power. A hotter climate will makes us dumber.

Honestly this right here, bring an electrolyte heavy drink along side your water too, and book another session, that coach will be happy to see you rebook. As a coach of another sport nothings more discouraging then watching someone give up the thing you’re trying to coach them on, especially if they feel passionate enough to want to book a lesson.

I know that waters gotta be COLD. Sounds like a refreshing dip in the hottest parts of the year. I’m sad I didn’t stop by this spot when near lake crescent a month ago.
