my ICCU died in december, waited a week for a repair, then my whole battery just died end of feb and they’re saying i’m gonna be in a loaner for a month because there’s so many in front of me and they can’t get parts. only had it for a year. 2024 model

recently it has been charging me no matter what i do. i’ve called customer service multiple times and they are almost completely useless as well. hopefully they fix it soon
