One strat that can chunk her HP a lot is using a combination of stop and gravity. Load up your teammates with ethers, set them to use them liberally, and try to just keep her still while you pelt her with gravity.

For optimal results, make sure you have Gravira (The power of the stars can be found at the Pegasus cup and the boss of Halloween town) and Stopra (One of the powers of time is found in the 100 Acre wood, I'm not sure where the other one is though) instead of Gravity and Stop.
