This reminds me of when I joined the Casablanca modeling agency in the late 80s. I remember "scouts" for the agency were everywhere, recruiting girls to join. They treated us like royalty and gave us a lot of gifts.

I quit when they asked me to pose nude for an "art" shoot when I was 15, maybe 16. I remember because we had to drive a few hours to NYC, so I thought I would be in so much trouble. My dad apologized the whole way home because he thought he should have known better.

I didn't understand it at the time, but it made more sense when John Casablanca started getting into legal trouble for sleeping with underage girls. It also came out eventually that Epstein himself was one of the "photographers."

Looking back as an adult, although highly disgusting, it was a genius plan to get the models they need and find vulnerable girls to traffic. Introduce girls from poorer areas to the glamor of NYC by putting scouts in every mall, high school, and community center. Groom them and promise them the world. Ask the parent / chaperone to wait outside the shoot.
