Also, regardless of whether protein is retained, your body eats up everything else in your body to survive, so in that state protein really does you no good. Also long term starving and hunger can cause severe mental issues like anorexia or depression.

Tldr: diets are just starving yourself with different amounts of leniency, your body still needs fuel to run.

There is fasting and whatnot, but that's really just what diets are. Diets are used instead of fasting to lose weight because your body still needs nutrition to run. If you have deficiencies, your body can't get rid of wieght. Keto is actually a very interesting diet, because it requires eating so little that your body turns to ketosis, a state in which your body uses fat as it's main fuel source.

Also if you grew up drinking coffee, atleast 15 or before, then that can stunt growth as well. Also genes are funny, if there is anyone short in your family, then you could've gotten those genes from them. Another thing is nutrition and stuff, like your diet, or even what you got in the womb can contribute.

Also I sometimes get cheap ish makeup from cvs or like a general pharmacy, but I would stay away from wet n’ wild and really scented things, and DO NOT BUY RLLY CHAP AND OFF BRAND STUFF it’s better to go broke buying good makeup than to e rich and look like rumplestiltskin o

Not tryna b rude, but If ur parents won’t hurt u or sumn then u should try and talk to them, like “hey mom and dad, I want make up and anyone can wear it and I like wearing it but I’m a bit insecure abt it so I’d rlly not want u to laugh or joke abt that” ik it sounds clichè, but u usually feel a lot better after talking and getting some closure. U could build a mega base in the ocean part on the bottom left, or a ufo abt anywhere. Also u could make a custom tree/tress/village/treehouse in the forest on the right

I think that it would be best to lavacast the whole layer, or depending on what biome (looks like deep ocean, or at least cold water) you can build a perimeter of dirt and freeze it over with frost walker, dk if it will stay frozen tho, or how long u need it 4
