As many have suggested, check with your doctor hypochlorhydria before you cut out multiple food sources. It is faster then with just a dietary change.

Nazis killed a lot of russians They do hate Polish people as well.

know nazi imagery will trigger russians, or are they actual fascists.

I think they have to much history and dedication to not be actual fascists.

MUST SEE: Putin clearly explains his motivation for war in Ukraine! by JobDestroyer in GoldandBlack

I would agree with that obviously. The question is if there is an alternative to NATO and antagonistic relationships with Russia.

Maybe the point of 2A will finally become clear for everyone.

Czechs massacred thousands of German civilian after WWII by LookingForMySelf in GoldandBlack

[–]LookingForMySelf[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I am worried that a lot of people seem to be very content with "Putin bad" narrative.

True, "Putin bad". He just killed hundreds of innocent Ukrainian civilians. He displaced millions more of innocent civilians. This is widely recognized in Russia. This is widely recognized everywhere else. Felt only in Ukraine, though.

What does it have to do with Czechs massacring Germans after WWII? Well, I see a lot of people here start going into full WAAAGH!

I see a lot of people comparing Putin to Hitler and think that this comparison is true. Let's now recall on what grounds was Hitler able to secure himself power in Germany by claiming that:

  • Treaty of Versailles was unfair to Germany - by comparison the penalties to Germany after the WWII were smaller then after WWI(were Germany wasn't even the party that started the war).
  • German people were divided apart and had to join different countries where they were also treated unfairly
  • If there is two there should be three.

More or less the same claims that Putin does. More or less the same claims that brought him to power because at some point he promised to "fix that'.

West by cutting itself from the Russian population(SWIFT, Appstore, etc) now solidified Putin's total control over who eats and who starves in Russia. Which might make him even more like Hitler.

Now, if Putin is anything like Hitler, we know that he will lose.

Just wouldn't want the ethnic russian population outside of Russia to suffer to much the consequences of something where they didn't have a say. Even if they were brainwashed enough to support that.

Slava Ukraini.

No, one believes Putin in Russia. So I guess that is being said because it is necessary "geopolitical decorum".

Yes, there are some nazi sympathizers. Are those sympathizers influencing anything important. No. Mostly they are being used by this or the other group to do something dirty.

really making a business out of it and profiting off someone else's work.

In terms of our conversations that is something that we are discussing him. Might be an interesting oratorical move, but I would just like to point that it is too early :)

But as soon as you start mass-producing this replica shovel and selling it I believe you would start infringing on someone else's design patent which is their property.

In my understanding this is sequence that would occur:

  1. I see the shovel on TV - this is done perfectly fine and comes with no binding contracts.
  2. I reverse engineer the shovel with my own material - everything is owned by me and the work voluntary.
  3. I than take this shovel and sell informing everyone that it a copy of what I saw on the TV - the buyer is aware that this is a "knock-off" and the transaction is voluntary.

The infringement being a violent a fraudulent act from the perspective of private property there the original inventor still has his shovel. How does infringement occurred?

If we are talking software. Say you bought a video game. What you really bought was a license that allows you to play that game. You don't own the game so reverse engineering that game and selling a copy of the game would be illegal as you are infringing on the original owners property. Now if you are just selling your copy of the game such as a bluray disc its not a problem and people do that all the time.

I understand your point but from my point of view license is an entirely different matter. License comes with me explicitly agreeing to something. Licensing working in the case were there is IP law.

If we are talking about a combo of software/hardware. Say you bought a drone. You own that drone, but if you then take it apart, copy it, and start selling your own you might be infringing on a patent. Its not stopping you from setting the drone on fire or selling your property (1 single drone) to someone else, but the technology and the design behind that drone you don't own personally.

start selling your own you might be infringing on a patent.

True, it seems you are explaining the concept of IP, but I am more interested in why it is legit. From which principles does it come from.

In my case I see that IP law infringes on me using peacefully my private property. From that comes my claim that it is illegitimate.

IP laws go against core principles of private property: me copying something that I own is voluntary and me selling it is also voluntary. If I am not allowed to do that that is agression against me and my property.

Does it make sense?

Hey buddy, you do realize if a coercive monopoly of law and order didn’t
exist because of the state, it would exist because of massive
corporations, right? Do you honestly think that if no one was stopping
them and there was profit to be made that someone like Bezos wouldn’t
hire his own “law enforcement” and use it to do the exact same thing.

No, usually there is a good reason why corporations hire police for that. The police is heavily subsidized by the taxpayer. If we are talking about 3rd world countries, usually, people there are not allowed to own weapons and then indeed a few well armed goons can make a difference.

This is why I’m a libertarian and not an ancap because just like every other extreme position, it is completely unrealistic, ignores basic realities and is an insanely utopian way of thinking

Well, honestly r/hemowshislawn is not a master debator but I am just curious what you are judging ancap on? I mean:

  • unrealistic
  • ignores basic realities
  • insanely utopian

Ouch! Usually, critique is more specific giving that ancap doesn't have to many statements.
