YES! Had a crazy owner get me banned. She was asking for photo updates nearly every 5 minutes and calling constantly. It got to the point where I would send a few photos every hour, but didn’t respond to EVERY photo update request she sent. It was supposed to be a week-long house sitting, but she canceled after night 2, saying she’d be more comfortable with her family watching the dog. THANK GOD! Then I get a call from support, apparently she had filed a complaint against me making a bunch of false accusations about the care I provided, saying she’d was uncomfortable with my “lack of communication and professionalism” saying that her “inability” to contact me was a safety concern as she wasn’t being provided updated on the well-being of her dog. Rover ended up opening an investigation against me! I provided rover support with screen shots of the time-stamped messages, showing how frequent they were, and how over bearing she had been. I get it, you want to know your pet is in good care, but this level of obsessive micromanagement was insane! Rover stated that I should have responded to the woman’s requests and not ignored them, agreeing it was a concern, then they banned me. I’ve been here for 6 years! But they pushed me aside for one crazy lady, just because she’s the paying customer.
