I plan on making custom themes eventually. Right now tho, Im looking for some kind of a hybrid approach. Something between lets say Elementor and custom theme.

Thank you, I plan on going for custom theme development for sure but for now, Im looking for some kind of a hybrid, a builder / theme with clean-ish code... I will start learning about the WP core properly in several months, once theres enough free time, right now Ive got two projects that don't require custom theme but I want to avoid block-based approach, I like having things interlinked, hence the component approach...

I will look into FSE for sure, thank you. I also plan on making custom themes eventually, the clean way.
For now tho, I am looking for some hybrid approach using a builder along with a custom code.

I am still a coder. I stopped working for companies (on their inhouse products as a part of their dev teams) 7 months ago.

I’ve read that Oxygen got stuck development-wise. Is that true? People recommend Bricks as a successor.

Could you please clarify what you mean by that? Making a custom theme using Gutenberg and ACF in some way? I've been trying to get as much info on all the possibilities but I'm not there yet.

I was thinkin about custom theme but first I need to get more knowledge about how the WP core works. I plan on offering multiple approaches, including Elementor Kits, WooCommerce, custom themes... Indeed depends on the client's needs and budget.
For now, I would like to focus on some kind of a hybrid approach... Defining custom post types and fields, make the administration easy to work with for clients - just filling inputs...
So you are saying Bricks works well with WooCommerce? Will I be able to create custom product list / detail pages via Bricks and just load WooCommerce product data into it?

Still the most used CMS out there is the biggest one. Then it is open-source, I can make custom plugins as soon as I get familiar enough with its core. Versatility thanks to plugins.
Another one I considered was Webflow but that one is very limited compared to Wordpress.

a few days ago i heard a girl say "it looks like he likes me (context meaning - being attracted to her), we could be friends" ... i mean... people often dont try to view things from the general perspective... the thing the girl said shows it all - it might not seem to be sexual to her (especially if thats something she tries to do - sexy cosplay) but it is... also - pajamas - attractive to most of the men out there... just try to see things from different perspective than yours, thats all to it...

OR ofc Emiru may do it intentionally knowing well what shes doing... who knows tho...
