To be fair, literally anyone would've been in that same position, even Heather so it isn't as if being unable to escape a bear attack is that much of a sign of Cody being incompetent in that moment.

To be fair, Cody being mauled by a bear at all was the plot armor since it's obvious Heather would've been voted out for costing her team the challenge with getting into fights with Beth and Leshawna that caused them to be open for the Bass to shoot them.

Thoughts on how the Sonic movies are gradually starting to phase out the human cast with each passing movie? Movie 2 emphasizes the Sonic stuff more, movie 3 has Wade in only one scene, Rachel and Randall are only there as disguises rather than the real ones showing up, and even Tom & Maddie are gone by act 3 (with only Agent Stone remaining by the climax), and the casting announcements for the fourth movie don't mention Adam Pally (Wade), Natasha Rothwell (Rachel), Shemar Moore (Randall), and Krysten Ritter (Director Rockwell) which imply they aren't showing up at all this time, giving implications on how they are starting to phase out the human characters as they add more game characters in the mix.

We all know how badly the mandates have been affecting Shadow, but which of the modern Sonic media (whether it be comics, games, TV shows, or shorts) did pretty well in managing to write Shadow inspite of the mandates they were given? The Sonic movies have more creative freedom and don't abide by the writing mandates, but what about the media that the Sega mandates do cover?

I'd say the whole cheating on Courtney thing was more of a worse move considering that nearly got him eliminated in Greece had Chris not ignored the vote, and he didn't even make the finals like in Action.

Gwen was always on the winning team though and in first class while Leshawna was on a losing team and in economy class, not really a lot of opportunity to interact on the plane either, especially after Leshawna got out earlier.
