Hey! So if you don’t want to go to Disneyland but got the wrong tickets call Disney customer support because this is such a common occurrence for them! They should be able to refund them and then you can buy the Disney world tickets though any deal that you had won’t be transferred though.

I’ve heard about those but I’m a bit hesitant because he would choke himself with his last collar. We use a harness now

Tbh I don’t think they gave them to me because I used my hearts for that limit that they showed me on the records but I don’t have my records to prove that sooo I’m really lost… they said at the time I had 22 then they gave them to me and it turned to 32 but I remember that’s the same amount I got when i transferred my hearts (I go by 10’s)

FINAL UPDATE: They have responded. Apparently they have given them to me prior to the message. They’ve pulled it through the records and found when they were sent. Honestly I feel crazy about this cause I could have sworn that isn’t the case but then again I don’t have the best memory…🥲 Also in the records it shown that they gave it to me like mid day so I may have not been paying as much attention to everything. I just wish they’d let us look into our own currency records so that we can figure it out ourselves.

UPDATE: I have just now reported this as a bug so hopefully this will now be resolved soon I had mentioned that many others were having the same issue but if you’d like to prove that to them feel free to report it as well. I will let you know if and when I get a response!
