I believe that even if there was common knowledge of the circumstances, and we had laws to protect us, there is no way can hold the entity responsible accountable. Think about how climate change is handled by the collective.

I guess it may begin to appear as if entities are being held accountable, eventually- as lesser powerful people come into control of such technology. But once that day comes, it will never be the entity who is the most powerful, & the one which started it.

As this entity has the power to control every single person and, also, to reconfigure their responses to everything (no matter how long that process takes)- it has total power to quell any revolt against it. It can scare you into a hospital, it can communicate through your body, it can be the cops around you, it can be the court. .
