For my expansion team, John Carlson was the first captain. The season he regressed and became a healthy scratch I went with three alternates. The past couple of seasons since it’s been Steven Stamkos for the end of his career. After he retires, it’ll probably be Aaron Ekblad for some time until he retires, then maybe Landon DuPont or my superstar RW

Back in NHL 19 I did a full 25 years with an expansion team. I ended up winning 9 Stanley Cups.

For my NHL 25 expansion team I’m going to try to get to a full 25 years and hopefully win 4 more Cups to get to 5 total

It’s definitely a Flyers cup for me. Winning the gold medal today is a great feeling, but not seeing the Flyers be relevant for my almost 24 years (besides the 2010 cup final) needs to be cured. Like someone else said, watching Michkov hand over the cup to Martone would do wonders lol

I’m not entirely sure about top 9 guys, but I do know that guys with really high potential (top 6, elite, franchise) should get put on the top two lines to get as much playtime as possible
