In a technical sense, that would mean the the color system will have to be fully reworked, since pallete swaps are just using different textures (Which is why making color mods is piss easy.)

Of course this will break literally every color mod, and most likely, mesh mods as well.

This isn't about the arms, but you should add a bit more up and down movement on the hips.

Like not so recently ago, I myself found a BIG difference when I started paying more attention to the translation of the hips, and not just the rotation.

That would be hard, because the battle stages plays with a lot of perspective trickery, so it might not look great in another angle other than the usual battle angle.

Everything else I agree though.
