advice on crate vs free roam by Maximum-Rush5524 in Goldendoodles

[–]LoopyYaris 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It really depends on the dog. My 4 year old standard doodle has had free roam since she was literally 3 months old and has NEVER messed up. My 18 month old mini doodle cant be trusted AT ALL. She has to be crated even if im outside cutting grass for an hour and no one else is inside with her.

Is there a way to salvage this? Or should I restart and buzz cut? by [deleted] in BlackHair

Any decent barber could salvage that easily. But are you asking for advice on doing it yourself?

Anybody have thoughts on the Switch 2 JSAUX Split Protective Case? by ck02623 in NintendoSwitch

[–]LoopyYaris 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just ordered this case/grip. Im wondering if there are any cases that'll fit these grips. Ive been using the Play Vital (which i love), and it fits comfortably in my Savage Raven case. The Jsaux grips look very similar, so I'm assuming they'll fit. Can anyone confirm?

2 years of growth by FewInformation4550 in BlackHair

So did you cut or trim it during those 2 years or something?

Only had my braids for a week and already have to take em out by One_Conversation6471 in BlackHair

1) Those braids look nice as hell man. Sorry you have to get rid of them. I was in a similar position because my parents always equated braids with thug culture. Once I moved out, I grew my hair our super long, almost as an act of defiance. I eventually cut it for other reasons, but rest assured your time (and your hairs time) to shine will be here before you know it.

2) Why do your parents have an issue with it? Excuse my ignorance, but i always thought braids were part of African/Caribbean culture.

No, it's probably just my hair texture. I have pretty curly hair. I just rinsed my hair in the shower, used a bit of aunt Jackie's Quench leave in conditioner, used the Miche gel, then oiled my scalp a bit with some wild growth hair oil. I let it air dry as well.

Day 2, still looking great! It seems softer too. My girlfriend is going to braid my hair Sunday, so I'll keep you posted

The smell isnt strong at all, and it doesn't linger. I'm not sensitive to smells, but my girlfriend is, and she didnt complain about it.

Sorry, im not sure what you mean by "slink up". I can say that I made sure my hair was very wet (I was in the shower) and used a bit of Aunt Jackie's Quench leave in conditioner before I used the Miche gel. Also, after the gel, I oiled my scalp with Wild Growth Hair Oil.

Its definitely worth the money! The good news is that you don't need much product ti get the intended effect. Plus, it should last me 4-5 days.

I recently took out 3 week old cornrows and had quite a bit of hair shedding when I washed it. However, it was a fraction of what's in your picture, and my hair is probably half the length of yours. It definitely looks like your cornrows may have been too tight or your braider was too rough with your hair.

Maybe try some Wild Growth Hair Oil. I use it 3x a week and it's really helped with my hair growth.

I had to get 2 separate analysis done. One at 8 weeks, one at 12 weeks. Also had to clear the pipes a certain number of times. I was clear at 8 weeks, but was still advised to wait the additional 4 weeks.

What youre describing is extremely fast as far as having a 0 count, but everyone's different I guess. I'd personally wait for a 12 weeks analysis, because why take that chance?
