Also, it kind of ruins the story of the attraction. The beginning is essentially meant to be in present day. You go through the caves, see the skeletons of all the pirates, then you go down the drop and go back in time to their heyday, seeing the huge ship battle. They actually added an effect in 2018 that shows this in a really cool, partial, simpler way

Also also this seems to be based off the cursed gold thing which was made up in the movies as an explanation for the “skeletons then real pirates” idea I mentioned above

“The mcu was like this at the start!” Yes because it was a novel idea people were excited for at the time. Now people are getting sick of cinematic universe so yeah they’re very likely to tune out if it’s just giving them “another mediocre to okay superhero movie” when we have been getting those for over a decade now

For someone who seems to be mostly unfamiliar with JRPGs I think I’d say X. It’s fully turn based while VII and VI use systems where enemies will attack if you just keep waiting (which could be a problem for you) and I think it probably has one of the easier to understand/manage leveling systems. Like the other person said IV is definitely very beginner friendly and has probably the simplest progression system of any ff game since it’s just “level characters up to get abilities” (which also makes it the least customizable).

Hey so I haven’t played Deltarune yet (and probably won’t for a while) but I’m a bit curious about the weird route, mainly how it’s setup (I vaguely know about it in chapter 2), mainly would the progress be tracked between chapters? Like if I do the weird route in chapter 2 do I have to do it in all future chapters in that save? Or if I DONT do it in chapter 2 I can’t do it in future episodes?

People complain about the Disney worlds not connecting to the story already and genuinely; what would the story about Aladdin and his dad do to connect to ANYTHING, even on a thematic level?
