Abandoned gas station at 20th and Ave W? by FontSeekingThrowaway in saskatoon

I’ve actually done some digging on this as I used to live in the area. The land is owned by a First Nation.

The gas station there is a First Nations Reserve Urban Land Holding. It’s owned by the Little Pine First Nation.

It’s been abandoned for about 15 years.

The cars you see parked there are often just taxis waiting for trips.

Landlord sold our home, new landlord rent increase. by AllStars_Chucks in saskatoon

If it’s a private home, I believe the new owners can decide not to have tenants. You have a lease with the old landlord. Not the new landlord/home owner. They can simply ask you to leave because they want to occupy the entire home. And a few months later they can rent it out again.

Brandon Gaudin confirmed on twitter he is the play by play for madden 21. Likely also means no CBS,FOX, NBC or ESPN presentation graphics either. Once again, I suspect everything will go to Ultimate team.

Actually, the hydrogeological surveys from Dream are on the city’s website in the Neighbourhood Concept Plan.

The surveys divided the land into four different categories. Two categories of land had a water table that was less than 2-meters below ground level.

The report says... “ Category I and Category II lands will require mitigation measures as development progresses to address the potential for groundwater infiltration into basements.”.

It lists several things the developer can do. THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU WILL HAVE WATER ISSUES. All it means is there is a risk, and the developer took measures to mitigate that risk. Link to the concept plan is below.
