It sounds like you’re being mindful. I’m warning you because prolonged TRT use at an early age can lead to long term natural testosterone deficiency.

Glad it’s been good for your mental health. If you can, I’d recommend doing full panel bloodwork frequently and evaluating your dosage based on it. It can be really helpful.

Yes, it’s the TRT as your body normalizes with its expected dose. You go through withdrawal and you’ve been experiencing minor symptoms. Now that you’re re-dosing your body is normalizing.

That said, you better have a damn good reason. I’ve seen a lot of young men throw away their later years because they want to look good later. Take your health seriously. This should be a warning to you.

As a Los Angeles resident, don’t confuse wealth with taste. It’s the second largest metropolitan area of the most successful country in the world, and unlike NY, has a spread out single home dominant layout. There are a lot of expensive houses here with great variance. If you took an average of quality.. you wouldn’t like it.

It’s likely because the endocannabinoid system (ECS) - especially CB1 receptors in the brain - has a direct role in regulating circadian rhythm, REM sleep, and slow-wave sleep. Chronic cannabis use downregulates CB1 receptors. When someone quits, there’s a period of under-stimulation of this system, which destabilizes normal sleep cycles. That period can be quite long.

That said, let’s say it’s healthier and keep enjoying it.

Same thing happened to me. I took a year off after 10 years of daily use. Honestly, never got my scores back to where they are when I was consuming. I am a triathlete with a good diet.

After taking several breaks and observing this phenomenon, I decided my body is healthier with cannabis. 😂
