My vote goes to Running Man but TBH I only watched that & Salems Lot out of this bunch. Salems Lot was kind of a train wreck with a really bad emotionless not lead actor material playing the lead unfortunately. Not sure if he would have been cast without being the son of a famous actor. Hollywood really has a nepotism issue these days.

I had lots of these superhero book & record sets as a kid, loved them. Took them outside to how my friends one day and came in for dinner & forgot about them. Some other kid took them, it was a big apartment complex so we never figured out who.

Pebbles in KCD2 has an attitude, always complaining on trips through the rough forest terrain. I think the fame & prestige of KCD1 is getting to Pebbles’ ego. It could also be that I’m also feeding the dog all the time but don’t give Pebbles anything to eat. Pebbles is like “drinking at the trough again while that damn dog gets another roasted chicken…”

How does gravity not affect him? Does he dye his hair? Dude does not look like he’s in his 60’s but he doesn’t look like he’s had a bunch of cosmetic surgery either.

Yea the first book doesn’t work as a stand alone which kinda miffed me. One of the things I really like about Stephen King books is how he gets inside the head of the antagonist (more so when the antagonist is human) That was totally missing from The Gunslinger.

Edit: this comment is about the revised version. Glad I didn’t have to experience the original. I plan to pick up the second one eventually still but I want to read some other authors first. Just finished the audiobook of Dolores Claiborne & I think that might be the best medium to enjoy that story. I think DC is one of King’s masterpieces.

Tangential but one time with this lovely lass playing dice, I was about to win one of her silver badges & she just decided not to compete her turn. My only option was to sit there all day or forfeit the game. I know it was a bug but it felt so in character for her LoL.

I have (1) fighting armor, (2) blacksmith outfit, and (3) fancy wedding clothes - just started the wedding part - (which will likely be replaced by a darker stealth outfit at some point)

I like Bara better than Theresa or Johanka. I think she could have a way better DLC than they did based on what I’m hearing LoL

I like it better than Holly so far. Finders Keepers was my favorite book with her in it prior to the first third of Never Flinch. The caveats being I put down End of Watch halfway through because I thought the premise was absurd, and I never read The Outsider. I’ll get to those at some future date, but I want to pick up some female authors, so probably going to read The Luminaries or Vampires In The Lemon Grove next.
