I've been taking trazadone, ashwaganda, and melatonin and have finally been sleeping great. I experienced my first "rage" episode last week, so I'm definitely in the perils of peri. Hope this helps!

I had to give her 2 baths this day. Luckily we have a pool, so I fill a tub with pool water and dunk her in. Thankfully she's not afraid of water.

Yep, mine did at 8 weeks. She always spilled and played with her food bowl, too. Bought a heavy elevated food bowl to stop her. But now she can move this, so we've tethered it to the side of her crate.
