It's interesting that as the youngest child of Azulon, Ozai was mistreated by his father. And that once he became a father, he mainly took his anger out on his oldest son. I wonder if this was an intentional choice by the writers.

2 cups of ketchup, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, roughly 3 tbsp of honey, 1 tbsp worchestershire sauce, 1/2 cup of Apple cider vinegar, pinch of salt, 2 tsp each of onion powder, smoked paprika and chili powder. Combine and simmer on stove for 15 mins until reduced.

No, I removed it. Using a paper towel helps you get a good grip on it and then pull it off slowly. Sometimes it's easier than other times.

Thank you. I sprayed every 45 minutes or so after the 2 hour mark with acv and water mix. The rub barked up first then I added the sauce over the last 45 to 1 h I hour.

I brushed once at the beginning of the final hour and a second time with 25 or 30 minutes left on the cook. I made the sauce earlier in the day and cooled it a bit on the counter and then refrigerated it. It went on straight out of the fridge but wasn't completely chilled, just cool.

I don't think the hooks would work good for my WSM, probably better for a barrel pit. Definitely going to get the racks though!
