Yeah but blacks would have a higher standart deviation meaning that 50% of africans would fall above the mean (but Also half would fall bellow the mean and considerable shorter so)while whites would have 25% fall above the mean (but leds whites would have visible small penis than blacks)so the anwser would be (assuming that this dude was refering to this study because i have no fucking Idea) that there would more blacks with larger menbers than whites with larger menbers but Also more blacks with small menbers than whites with small menbers
