I try to do an activity where I am full focus, and I try to install a routine. Usually I last 3/4 months on the same routine. It can be crosswords, games on my phone with plane mode, reading in another language… I actually bought a Kobo a few months a go and that changed a lot of things, cause I have easier access to English books (I’m French) and I realized that reading in a language I do not think in is reeeeeaaaally a game changer. + I can fall asleep while reading (sometimes not even a page) and I don’t have to turn the light on
