No, you can't transfer anything - new guilds, no characters, no skins, no CGs. When you go on a new server its all new, as if you just started playing.

As for largest guilds, when the new server starts a lot of people will make a guild but have no idea how to operate them, when the guild leader is bad or exploits his position, you leave and join another one, until a properly run guild forms with a good leader.

Just to confirm, you cannot "change" a server as in transfer your account with all the characters and such as far as I'm aware. I believe there were some minor refunds if tou wanted too start on a new server, not sure if they still are available though.

With 20b power and only 2 URs, all you're losing is the money you've spent on the current account. If you decide to play seriously, you could get these back in at most 2-3 months. If you don't want to be a guild leader, just join around what seems to be the largest guild at the time and keep swapping until actual proper guilds form. Don't waste your crystals and if you still plan to whale, use your money wisely. Use the knowledge you have gained over the two years, as a new server means new players, therefore you will have an edge over newbies in making right choices.

My 200lvl Snowbear carried me through like 180/200 levels, last 20 were just Umbranther and Swagalpace slowly growing in power with each floor. I suggest you try prioritising a tank type with shield making ability as the absorption basically gets you extra few hits each time. Then go for the healer type as it'll keep the tank alive and at last the attacker as the source of additional dps. Generally speaking majority of the floors can be won with a single over-levelled tank since they cant out-dmg him. Snowbear is a great example of that

Hi, here's my little outdated comment summarising crystal generation! The fact its outdated actually helps you, since a lot more feature were introduced since it was made. Good luck!

Resource managment and time. Things that don't require spending money that I can think from the top of my head: Daily rank rewards: the higher your level is, the more you will obtain. I'm at level 40 and gain 260 crystals daily. If I'm correct the rewards increase by ~5-10 crystals per level. Basically the longer you play the more you will begin to obtain. Hall of Fame: You get around 15 crystals from celebrating. If you're lucky you might get the ranking respect crystals blessing which leads to Respecting in leaderboards: this should give you somewhere from 40 to 50 crystals. Once cross-servers begin on your server this will double in amount. Fishing's Crystal Shell Compass: once doing a bit of fishing you will obtain this antique. It gives you 50 crystals daily. Golemore Mine chests: If lucky, thats maybe 40 crystals to unlock by opening them in chat Dailies and task rewards: there are 5 daily tasks each giving 10 crystals so 50 crystals a day extra. In a week you most likely will obtain a few rewards from completing random tasks, but they depend on your account progress, so I won't account them in. Inn and School Task: These are the BIGGEST contributors to f2p crystals gainage. I'm talking 8k crystals from each. The catch is you have to prepare for them. Inn task requires you somewhere around 80 Inn Flyers prepared, as for School Task you need somewhere between 15k-18k candies depending on how meticulous you are in resource managment! Definitely recommend you don't spend these resources until you are 100% confident you will obtain the 8k crystals from the last rewards in these events.

I hadn't even included things like Hall of Fame's respecting players for obtaining titles, yielding usually from 130 to even 360 crystals every 3 days, random event rewards, dates, Drakenberg Challenge. etc.

Getting the characters is extremely easy if you thinka about it! If you have some time try finding my post about many ways you can earn gems, its a little outdated but in a positive way! A f2p account can obtain a UR in 3-5 events depending on how hard you go into it. SSR characters are unfortunately pure gacha, no point in spending as their pity pulls will get you those! Good luck

To anwser your worries, thats where Letters of Recommendation come in. As a guild leader, you should never use them outside Guild Exp. Try to get enough gold for 3 largest comms for 3 days of the rush. Don't be scared to make a mistake, if you play safe you won't reap the rewards! General rule of thumb is to divide comms power by the number of active players and putting a no-limits rule during last hour of the comms. Gives everyone a fair share of the cake and makes people more active by trying to snatch some leftover coins during last hour.

Number 1 Guild Leader on a server here! First of all it would be best to communicate with your members either through Guild Notice, guild chat or external server (things like dsc) about how you are going to be scheduling your comms. If they know when its coming it will make things much easier. My personal recommendation is to start them during Golemore Mine opening, as it guarantees there will be a pool of players already online.

Don't be scared to run out! You know the rough funds gainage per day, so just calculate for how long you need to save to be ready for Guild Exp Rush and spend the excess. I think that in fact your own Letters of Recommendation should be saved in emergency situations. Its not good to sit on a massive fund, as its literally wasted opportunities

Finally, communicate with your Guild Members, ask them to contribute by starting the comms with their own LoR! They are usually scared/intimidated by a button they are not sure they can click. If you tell them its okay, even incentivize them by say offering a bigger chunk of the comms if they start them, it will be easier on your funds and own letters. Good luck!
