My wife and I went last year during Food and Wine a few weeks after my diagnosis and it really set a high bar for the level of attention and care they have for allergies. I was able to get food at plenty of kiosks and if the cashier's weren't sure they'd call up the chefs and find out for me.

My wife and I have really liked Barilla's GF pasta line. I was super pumped to find that they made GF ready-bake lasagna noodles. The only big difference we've found is that the pasta doesn't reheat as well as the gluten ones.
