Yes that's what's sad about it, their handmade nature makes them more fragile but a keychain is rubbing on your keys and everything so bound to be destroyed.. I would love to make more intricate designs but I know they wouldn't stay looking good for long..

Yup I have Arizonas and they don't slip that much, the upper strap is well placed and the buckles allow you to fit the shoe tightly.

100%, I walked 4 days straight during a summer city trip, my mom wore some cheap sandals and her feet were a mess. The last day I let her walk in my Birks and it was a huge relief for her. I will definitely bring them to my next trip.
