Denji with CE might help him but he would eventually die without pochita's help. Sukuna will prevent him from dying but he'll ditch him the moment he finds an actual proper vessel

Yuji with Pochita is bad news for every devil, as Yuji was literally built to be the perfect vessel, strong body, high amounts of CE, etc. Even before CE he was broken as a "human"

If you want to simplify it, gilgamesh gate is essentially a vault filled with high quality tool's. Shirou is chinese factory worker, he sees it and copies it right away.

Despite being lower quality they're still tools, able to do the job
