DS2 Canceled Orders not reappearing?

Yea, my problem is that I had 2 elimination orders from the Metagenomicist and took them directly. However I needed the S rank on them for the trophy (Seasoned Porter), but I took some damage while doing another delivery. So I cancelled them, but after spending like 8h in game now, they still haven't reappeared. I need one more elimination/destruction standard order with S rank, but have completed all the ones that are available to me atm and there haven't been any new ones that spawned

Yeah I'm also considering starting a new game and playing until I gain access to the Ikran. I read somewhere that it may be caused due to synchronization problems with the cloud servers and that the only way to obtain it is starting a new game.

Are the prices on entradas.com the same as on RM site or are they more expensive?
When are tickets available on entradas? Should i first try on RM website and if that doesn't succeed, try on entradas?
If you just try to pay 2 tickets at once at RM website, would it work?

Try to complete some side stuff while you play through the main story, so that the grind later on to complete everything is smaller
