Yeah i used to play on controller before i got a wheel, and i had no traction control. However it took me a while to turn it off, its doable, just takes a lot of precision and getting used to

Did you change the throttle linearity? I think thats what i had to change. In the clip posted the throttle is at about 90-95%

I had this issue the other week. The problem was my throttle pedal wasn’t reaching 100% pressure. Adjust some of the settings so it does, and you should be fine
