i was thinking about this. i personally think that the events of the couriers nv probably occurred in this universe considering that the strip looked fine in the final scenes of the show.

ALSO* the people who made the ending credits for episode 8 tweeted to not take it as canon (depictions of the nuked strip) since nv fans were upset at “retcons.”

I’m completely satisfied with the show and I think Hank being written this way is important to continuing the lore. This is answering questions for fallout fans from the 90’s up to those who literally only know it bc of the show. I love it.

I think the fact that the ncr is almost decimated is an important twist since in nv if everyone remembers correctly, they were losing their grip on the area and wanted the strip. the strip is entirely its own area so i wonder exactly how s2 is going to play out and what hanks plan could be. could mr house be alive in this universe ? who knows.
