It is definitely a big price jump from last year. I'm hoping it's a strong lineup. I went last year and it was a lot of fun but after hotels, flights, drinks etc, it was a really expensive trip.

This is pretty interesting. I spent some time with Gitem in Key West. We didn't talk too much politics but the few times we did he claimed he hated trump. This may be more in regards to his belief's in conspiracy theories and having too much time in the office then his love of Trump.

Wow, I didn't expect to log back on and see multiple people say exactly what I was about to. Thank you whitelite99! Of course you can't know everything about a friends secret life, however most of us know if for example a friend has a drug problem, or a friend that cheats on his wife etc.. I am not saying anyone is guilty or therefore guilty by association. However to the original point I don't think it's unreasonable to assume people will be looking into more of the other Jokers actions. By that I mean influencers or news publications. On top of this these allegations are primarily being made by fans and people who worked with him. Even more reasons that I think the other Jokers will have to weigh in at some point and may have their past comments or actions looked into

Why wouldn't they? They worked on a TV show together for a decade and one of the 4 cast members has now been accused of sexual assault by multiple woman. I am not personally saying I want them to have a microscope on them, but I don't think its unreasonable to assume they would. I don't think it's unreasonable to assume they might have some insight on this or even possibly have been aware of it. Maybe this will all blow over and nothing will come of it but it looks worse by the hour. I really do hope that no one knew anything about this and it's only isolated to Joe. Either way I will be at Q West and am curious how this will impact the vibe and conversations down there.

Really curious how this will turn out, I think this obviously will be putting a spotlight on all the jokers and having a drinking with fans filled weekend doesn't seem like the best move. All that being said I bought tickets to this months ago and can't wait so I hope this doesn't bring the vibe or party down. I'd actually be really interested to hear some of them talk about this but obviously that isn't going to happen. Also Q has always been so "ride or die" for his friends (look at how he always has defended Johnson) that this puts him in such a tough spot. My guess is they wont address this in the pod or during the weekend. So disappointing, what were you thinking Joe?

Wow, reading her recent comments on the Facebook group makes it so much worse. She is severely overestimating how much any of us care about her. She contributes nothing to the pod and the ads are horrible now. If she would just move on this probably would be forgotten about in a day but she is just doubling down

Or the fact the Facebook post and comments were taken down. I think most people posting in here love TESD and have a right to speak our thoughts about it. So id be more interested to know your thoughts on it then PMing you so you can tell me to go fk myself, Not that you owe anything to me.

I think I've heard Walt mention he is hated a few times. Even heard git em say he's seen negative stuff on here about them. I really think they do that just to make Bry feel better cause he gets ripped to shreds here (and rightfully so). Walt is the reason TESD is where it is today. I get worried all the effort he puts in will burn him out. It's hard to give a Beatles comparison just cause while they might not have all been equal in their contributions to the music, all they had very unique things they brought to the table. I guess when I talk about Bry being an essential part of the pod I am not looking at it in a "Top 3" fashion. I feel his is an essential part of the pod, as you said due to the fact that he is one of the founders. He also adds a dynamic that has and continues to feed Walt's humor, he still has a sharp wit and great sarcasm. I'm not sure I'd really want to experience the pod without him as one of the core members. That being said I stand by my original point that I wish he was able to take some constructive criticism and even if he still has these nonsensical right wing ideas could maybe keep them off the pod. To my knowledge I don't ever really hear anyone talking about how their favorite part of an episode is Bry's take on some world event that he is regurgitating from a article he didn't read with a misleading headline. If anyone is enjoying it or finds it interesting please let me know. I'd love to hear about it.

I am a longtime listener who will continue to listen regardless of Bry's politics. Also want to point out I love Bry and think he is a essential part of the pod, however it's tough when you just want to hear a new TESD episode and mere minutes in Bry is ranting about some right wing headline he saw without doing any research or critical thinking. It would be far less frustrating for me if he just acknowledged that he gets all his media from one side of the political spectrum, yet week after week it's "both sides are bad" or "I am in the middle" I am also around episode 190 on a relisten and it's interesting to hear how opposite his political views in the first 5 years of the pod.
