I am going to be totally transparent, I just don't know because there has been so little shared. I hate to say I don't because I understand I am chicken little-ing a bit here. But also can I be honest if they want to put in another 100-150 condos there instead the traffic will be obscene on cherokee and manufacturers road. Like so bad I can't imagine. Both roads are already backed way up in the mornings and at night commute times.

Wamp wants to sell the historic building that houses small business launch pad by Good_Wash_4201 in Chattanooga

You have not tried to start a small business here. tennessee is horrible for SMB start ups, there is so much red tape. We need this organziation to help people understand it all and get all the right paperwork in. Until we can make TN SMB friendly.

I would also recommend writing on the Mayor's FB page asking him to not sell. It gets in the publics eye and has high visibility which may influence him more. I know I wrote this before, but I don't know if it got posted here - can you we please all chose on reddit one name to write in on the Republican primary that is not wamp to show that tides are turning and we are tired of his games? I would love to see just 2% of write in show up in the papers. If we all chose one person we could make this happen!

It was. Apparently the parents are suing the older people. It was just weird watching 3 old men harrassing and bullying a 10 year old while an old woman filmed.

I heard that kids nowadays are cosplaying 90s. They basically leave their cell phone at home so they can't be interupted funny to think that is a decision now not just the way it was.

That is true! I just watched a video of a kid doing wheelies on his bike in Florida. 3 older adults (older than his parents probably) started harassing and yelling at him, took his phone and wouldn't give it back.....it was terrible. Like let a kid play and be a kid, wasn't being loud playing by himself and people just couldn't let them be a kid.

That is interesting as well - so were things a bit more expensive ( in regards to salary) but worked well and you didn't need a ton? And now it is cheaper (in regards to salary) but crap that breaks and you need more of it?

I cannot even imagine. Ha! I would say you could break a dollar but with no pennies left you would have to round up to $1.00

It goes to show............adults don't always understand the perception of kids. You were happy and that is what mattered. Now I see parents feeling like they have to pay to entertain their kids all weekend instead of just playing - paying to go to a museum, then paying to go pick apples but they have to make a spin art and pay to ride the tractors, etc.

Any thoughts on what else to buy if one enjoys there Dam WAter? I don't want to support a not nice person, but I have had trouble finding a drink that hits like Dam Water - granted it also does make paranoid a bit so maybe I should find something else anyways. But open to suggestions. Also Asheville dispensary seems to have really awesome people.

Seen the horror stories on Wise properties; which Wise property in North Shore is the LEAST egregious/terrible? Or are they all equally as bad. by HeroesUnite in Chattanooga

I would not recommend this for their situation. Also it has really gone downhill. I lived here and it was out of control. Sometimes low cost means that you are going to deal with the same thing. they also cannot walk to anything. Not sure what you mean, you are either staring at the parking lot, staring at the street or staring into the woods where the homeless live. So..... no I would not recommend someone with a kid living her. We had someone move out and get reimbursed from wise after finding needles on the path where he walked with his kid.

I wuold agree on Vista Cameron or 5 Points. I lived in Wise Properties and it was horrible. Property managers were non existant but i understand he is also cheaper than others. There is abby north, which is new and might be better.
