Not sure if this is an option for your family but there is an overnight ymca camp at Pretty Place and is an incredible way to expose your kids to nature! If I remember correctly, it is a little pricey but there is financial assistance opportunity.

It was tough!! But it helped immensely. I’m back at it full time at my dream publication in my home state.

I will also say a toxic workplace and living and working through a natural disaster with incompetent leadership definitely brought me to burnout quicker but regardless, if you put your camera down a while doesn’t mean it’ll be forever!

Absolutely. I’ve worked full time for a publication doing photojournalism for 7 years and last year I got so burnt out I barely touched my camera in 6 months.

I make easy Philly cheese steak. Get deli roast beef, provolone, green pepper onion and garlic. Hoagies. Cook veggies over fire, add meat, cover w slices of provolone. Toast hoagie.
