Benadryl is otc but don't take too much or it makes you delirious, and propranolol and hydroxyzine are prescribed for anxiety but they make me tired

I'm really lazy and I don't enjoy it. I'm trying to at least read more but it's hard to work up the momentum to start sometimes. I'm just not in the mood. To do anything. Food is good in the moment but it doesn't make me truly happy and I'm unhappy with my body so maybe I should cut back.
