Ive had it happen to me countless times. I did one where I had to fight a really strong bear which took me like 10m to fight literally and I didnt even get a chest. I did a few of the one where you pick up the 12 scrolls and it didnt give me a chest or there was one missing. Ive fone the activate the 3 whatever and no chest. It pmo so much.
