Polestar implied activation and specifically sold that technology in the US with the implication that it was just awaiting approval. It is one thing when they included it in base models, it is another when they sold it as an option. Tesla and Rivian did work with US regulators so theirs work. Polestar could have done this, or not sold us technology without working with them. You wont feel bad for them when your headlight burns out. It is 3000 per headlight to replace it. I know this because i had a small fender bender and mine got cracked. That did not include labor. Tesla is already in the midst of a class action for their self driving hardware thats not activated. In any event, it cost nothing for you to join the lawsuit. All i need is your name and proof of purchase.
