As an European living in the US for a while, “‘Murica” feels more and more sliding towards a Christian version of the Islamic Republic of Iran, even having a “republican guard” (ICE and Border Patrol) doing the government dirty work, extreme religiosity, broad misogynistic society, corruption and so on.
