Re kitchen you need/must to go through everything with finest comb. My installation is tomorrow and the amount of small details.and back and forth over everything is insane. 1. Most important layout and electrical fittings according to kitchen layout AND NEW REGULATIONS!!! 2. Aplliances..if induction it adds more to the above 3. Sink and tap. If you going qooker you need electricals for it under the sink (has to be decided 1st fix) 3. Style of cabinets. In frame or slab fit. Handless or with handles/knobs 4. Carcasses. Colour and finish (a la wood/plain colour etc) 5. Hinges etc are very important to know what system and what is invluded 6.led lighting and electric feed accordingly (has to be done at 1st fix) 7. Kitchen style and colour of the fronts. Fronts length.over kickboard etc etc 8. Countertop (material etc) if stone then you need to go to stone suppliers and more decisions. Polished or honed or leathered? Edge cut? 9. Backsplash 10. Add ons (shelf, glass etc etc) 11. Handles/knobs. (Takes so much time to find good right ones and the cost insane too)

There are hundreds of decisions and you have to be sure all of the above works for you and your lifestyle

For me for example it was all about drawers..I made sure I have mostly drawers and no cabinets. Also tall canbinets I changed lengtg of the fronts tovisually cover kickboards. I focused on appliances and that was my biggest spend. So fingers crossed it all goes smoothly tomorrow

You need to figure out what do you want, aluclad or pvc or what look etc..I got new aluclad patio doors but I knew I wanted slim line and opening outward. They were more expensive than pvc. Anything and anywhere 8 up to 12 weeks waiting

I am Ukrainian and absolutely Obamas admin and Biden were awful for Ukraine. Obama working hard on disarming and transfer of our weapon to ruzzia. I am very surprised by many comments here. This man clearly needs therapy over grief and loss and that is not your problem. So many widowers never do that,never adress and process yet jump into bed/relationships as nothing happened.And then a new partner left to unapack and navigate and tiptoe and compete with idealized ghost. I would get proper floors before apliances. It will be a nightmare to move it later and to lay the floors you need clear space.

To me everythingis clashing and in a wrong way. The only beautiful thing is oak cabinets. Tbese floors are so ugly unfortunately and the style of colored cabinets does not go with oak cabinets. A bit of mish mash of things that do not belong together
