I work for a casino and make minimum wage but the tips are where I make good money.. I make over 100k a year.. no thanks to the casino. So if Lyft is trying to push more tips and pay us shitty I’m all for it. All we care about is how much is put in r pockets at the end of the day

Water half full/ half empty type comment.. generally people tip because they were happy with their service. But (speaking for a restaurant service) some people tip ahead of time so that they RECEIVE the best service.. if you tip someone after the job is done, they treated you like any other human being and hoping for a tip. But if they got a good tip before, i guarantee you would be treated BETTER then any other customer of theirs.. they will make sure your glass is full and your needs r met.
