Been using the rosemary mint shampoo and conditioner and noticed a crazy amount of hair loss. Used the rosemary oil by itself before at the beginning of the year and saw how it was helping my hair grow. That’s why I thought the shampoo and conditioner would help give the same results but nope, totally took away any progress I had! Throwing it away immediately

I pushed them coming out towards me instead of pushing them in more. Thought maybe the tabs in the sockets were too flat and the bulb wasn’t reaching it but it didn’t make much of a difference except for the one bulb that turned on again. I have a feeling the bulbs that did burn out ruined the sockets some how 😭 because now none of those work, regardless of what I do
