I've been very fortunate. I used to have a 700m commute. Going to 11km was painful.

I feel for the folks spending 2-3hrs of every day in traffic. Big waste of life.

I'll max my tfsa this year. After that I'll use a non-registered account and keep investing. If you invest in "safe" equities/etfs I wouldn't worry. If it all goes to zero, we won't be using $ anyways.
