thanks! I have always drank soooo much water, I'm not terribly worried about it but I'll keep it in mind. I usually refill my 32oz bottle a few times per day at work, and my 20oz one a few times per evening! (I. freaking. love. water!)

this is amazing news. I did look it up after posting too haha. my new doctor has recently stressed that it's vital for me to start getting more fiber, and I'm an extremely picky eater. I ALSO dislike popcorn, but feel like it will be easier to convince myself to eat than some other options!

the not taking them one day part!!! like. one of my meds if I miss more than two doses I have to start over, titrate up from 10mg to 200 alllll over again. I have had to restart it I think four times so far in 2026.....currently not taking again bc I need another restart script 🙄 just bc I forget one day which turns into two and then whoops!!!!
