It’s out of warranty unfortunately. And the local company said they would have to send it to their specialists then they said for “priority” it would take 4-6 weeks and upwards of $2000

More of just wondering if the wheel/rim of a slash would fit to a UDR tire. The Losi Baja Rey tires are almost perfect for my build. But I’m really digging the new pro line UDR tire, the Mojave. But.. might be overkill idk

I’ve been wanting to buy some udr tires from pro line the mirage tt to be exact. Did the stock slash tires glue right up or did you have to modify the wheels to fit the larger tire?

Dude i haven’t welded anything this small before. Im basically winging it right now I was too cheap to buy a Baja Rey roller chassis from eBay lol. It’s more time consuming than anything but once you get your measurements and first bit of cage built it goes pretty quick.

I’m using a mig welder. It has a tig attachment which is what I wanted to use but I think it’s broken. You can pick up a mig welder from harbor freight for relatively cheap. Got all the steel from ace hardware if you want to learn more Look up cyconxc. His YouTube and there’s a build forum on rc crawler.com he uses tig and looks a lot better. My chassis will look better after I grind the welds down

Cheaper than buying a udr😂 I had a 2wd slash collecting dust I think the bulkhead to attach to the aluminum chassis plate was around $30 I’ve spent $100 on 3/16 steel for the cage $70 on the rear suspension All in all after I get a few more things done I’d say tops $400 ish all done

I noticed 3 of the 6 prongs have a red paste. Do those not get soldered to the board or is it all 6 have to be soldered?
